This popular Asian snack shop has a pop-up in Central Oahu that opened during the holidays.
Kakaako-based 1-2 Buy Hawaii is known for its huge variety of snacks imported from Japan, South Korea, Thailand and China. Its Pearlridge Center pop-up is at Wai Makai, located downstairs from the movie theaters.
The pop-up is similar to the Kakaako store — though, of course, not as big. It will be there for the next three months.
You can find teas and sodas from different countries, Lay’s potato chips in a variety of flavors, Kit-Kats from Japan, and more.
The pop-up is open daily from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m.
