Historic Podmore building in Downtown Honolulu sold for $2.6M
International architecture, engineering and environmental consulting firm ESC Pacific acquired the property in a privately negotiated and off-market transaction. Katherine Nomura, partner at Podmore, told Aloha State Daily that the restaurant is not affected by the sale of the building.
