What: Three-course prix fixe ($139) with choice of first (burrata, Kona kampachi crudo, truffle Caesar, ‘Instant’ bacon, scallop spaghetti), second (triple-seared A5 Japanese wagyu stripsteak, 8-ounce black angus filet, 8-ounce pork tenderloin, 12-ounce Prime New York strip, roasted Jidori chicken or Big Glory Bay king salmon) and third (lilikoi cheesecake or devil’s food cake) courses. All entrees come with butter whipped potatoes and flash-fried brussels sprouts; optional side dishes (roasted asparagus, black truffle mac n cheese, sauteed mushrooms) and accompaniments available.

What: Valentine’s dinner buffet ($125 per person, 50% off for children ages 6-12 years) that includes highlights light a carving station with Korean magic-dusted prime rib, rack of lamb with yogurt-mint sauce, kalbi short ribs, salt and pepper shrimp with sweet-spicy sauce, chilled Alaskan snow crab legs, ʻahi poke, assorted nigiri sushi, made-to-order temaki handrolls, char siu duck legs, dessert station with a chocolate fountain and soft serve ice cream.
