To celebrate its one-year anniversary, Inari Factory — located in the food court of Don Quijote Kāheka — is offering $1 inari bombs. Considering the regular price is $3 to $4 per inari bomb, this is a steal.

The cone sushi come with fillings like spicy ‘ahi poke, shoyu ‘ahi poke, wagyu beef, ocean salad, tobiko and imitation crab. The spicy ‘ahi poke is the bestseller. All inari bombs are made with Nanatsuboshi rice from Hokkaido, Japan (it’s milled in-store at Marukai).

The biz is open from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. I got there around 11:20 a.m. on Saturday; while there weren’t a lot of people in front of me, it took around 20 to 25 minutes to get my order.

Oh, the things we do for a good deal.
