What: Five-course Valentine’s Day menu ($160) that includes cured ikura, sunchoke and watercress velouté; foie gras mousse, rose jam and black sesame tuille; mentaiko with preserved yuzu risotto and Parmesan shavings; wagyu short rib with pomegranate, mushroom tartlet and onion jus; and caramel chocolate Namelaka with strawberry. The eatery will also feature an aphrodisiac menu consisting of oysters and champagne ($150) and caviar and champagne ($275).
