If you’re missing Japan, Mitsuwa Marketplace is bringing a taste of Tokyo to Hawaiʻi this weekend.

The Toyosu Fish Fair is from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. on Feb. 21 to 23 in the food court area of Mitsuwa Marketplace — located on the second floor of International Market Place in Waikīkī — and will feature fresh cuts of fish flown in directly from Toyosu, Japan.

There will be a fish-cutting demonstration at noon on Feb. 22 and 23. At yesterday’s media preview, a 132-pound fish was expertly broken down.
