"Nelson is a 46-pound, 2-year-old terrier mix with a heart of pure gold," says Hawaiian Humane Society.
"This sweet boy came into our care in December 2024 after his previous owner could no longer provide for him. He’s a total cuddle bug who loves to sit close, soak up pets, and return your affection tenfold.
"Nelson is a Reid Krucky Memorial Fund recipient, which means his adoption fees are waived — and he’ll head home with a special bundle of goodies to help him settle in with his new family."
He is ready to meet you at the Hawaiian Humane Society’s Kosasa Family Campus at Hoʻopili, open daily from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. To submit an adoption inquiry for Nelson, click here.
