"Sassy is a 51-pound, 6-year-old Pit Bull Terrier mix who was found as a stray in Mililani and has been waiting since January for a loving family of her own," says Hawaiian Humane Society.
"While she’s technically in her senior years, don’t let that fool you — Sassy has the playful spirit of a puppy and a zest for life that’s contagious. Her bright eyes and big, beaming smile are always ready to greet you after a long day. Treats are definitely her love language and help her learn new skills.
"Sassy would thrive in a home where she can be the center of your attention, soaking up all of your love. In return, she’ll shower you with affection, loyalty, and daily reminders of how joyful life can be.
"Meet Sassy at the Hawaiian Humane Society’s Mōʻiliʻili campus, open daily from 11 am to 6 pm."
