A nearly $20 million home on Kaua‘i's North Shore is set to go to auction next month.
The property has been listed for $19,995,000 by Hawaii Life's Roni Marley, and the auction will be hosted by Concierge Auctions.

Located at 2620-A Kauapea Road in Kīlauea, the estate sits on 1.45 acres above Secret Beach.
"This is one of the most extraordinary properties on Kaua‘i's North Shore," Marley told Aloha State Daily in an email, noting that it offers unobstructed views of the ocean and coastline "from a rare front-row position along one of the island's most scenic stretches — a coveted line of notable properties where Kauai‘i's highest historical trades have taken place."
"From a single vantage point, you can take in the sunrise and sunset, the coastline from Kīlauea to Princeville, the ‘Anini Reef and the deeded path to Secret Beach," she continued.

According to the listing, the property includes a 4,221-square-foot main house with three bedrooms and two full- and one half-bathrooms, while a 500-square-foot guest house, which can potentially expand to 800 square feet, has one bed and one bath.

Outside, there's pool and a hot tub that offers 270-degree views of the Pacific.

And for those seeking seclusion, the property has a private gated entrance, along with a deeded trail that will take you directly to the beach below.
Marley said a signature feature of the home is the 25-foot pane of glass in the living room, which was installed by helicopter and is believed to be one of the largest in the state.
Why take a property like this to auction?
"We developed a tailored approach based on our client's goals and the property's unique caliber," Marley explained. "In this case, timing was a priority and the auction format gives us a defined, accelerated path to sale. The auction format allows us to reach a global audience while creating a defined window for sale.
"By pairing Hawai‘i Life's expertise with Concierge Auction's accelerated format, we're able to generate meaningful interest and momentum."
Bidding starts at 4 p.m. EDT, or 10 a.m. local time, on June 6, and closes at the same time June 18. Starting bids are expected to range from $10 million to $13 million, the auction site notes.
Marley said the ideal buyer is "someone seeking something rare and lasting — privacy, presence and a property that carries long-term significance."
