And for those with furry family members, the home also is in a pet-friendly community.
The ideal buyer is likely a first-time homeowner or someone looking to downsize, Bradley told ASD in an email.
"The kitchen and bath and floors have all been redone in the last five years, so it's ready to go!"

What makes this neighborhood a good place to live?
"The neighborhood is quiet!" Bradley says. "It's tucked in the hills near a stream so it stays nice and cool. [There are also] great walking paths with a tennis court, playground, basketball court and swimming pool."
Maintenance and association fees total $591 a month, and includes water, sewer and garbage, as well as access to amenities like a pool with a barbecue area, tennis and basketball courts, playground and a walking path, the listing notes.
"It's priced under $500,000, which makes it more affordable for first-time homebuyers," Bradley says.

This two-story, 1,328-square-foot home has four-bedrooms, and two full- and one half-bathrooms, as well a driveway and garage for multiple cars, the listing states. The main level has an open-concept kitchen that flows into the living and dining room, while you can find the primary suite and three additional bedrooms on the second level.
Murakami told ASD in an email that the home has been upgraded with vinyl flooring and a split AC, and there's also a fenced-in yard and covered patio.

"It is rare to find a single-family home, built in the 2000s, with no direct back neighbor for under $1 million," he said.
The property is part of the Woodcreek Crossing Homeowners Association and Launani Valley Community Association, Murakami said. Monthly maintenance fees are $202 and monthly association fees are $80, the listing notes.
According to Murakami, amenities include walking paths, basketball and pickleball courts and a playground.
And it's not far from Schofield Barracks, Wheeler Army Airfield, freeway access, and shopping and dining opportunities, the listing notes.

"Launani Valley is a peaceful and lush neighborhood, it's ideal for those who like to walk and enjoy the outdoors," Murakami told ASD. "Launani Valley is also ideal for military families due to its close proximity to Schofield Barracks."
