Crumbl and singer Benson Boone joined forces to create a comic-inspired cookie that debuted at all Crumbl locations on June 23. But, due to popular demand, the biz brought back the specialty Moonbeam Ice Cream cookie for an encore appearance on the shop’s rotating menu from June 30 to July 5.

Talk about supernatural. The cookie, inspired by the dreamy vibes by Boone’s hit song “Mystical Magical,” made history as the first limited-edition dessert to make back-to-back appearances on Crumbl’s weekly lineup.
“We’ve never done an encore before, but when a cookie creates this kind of buzz, we knew we had to bring it back,” stated Crumbl CEO and co-founder Jason McGowan.
The Moonbeam Ice Cream cookie features a chilled chocolate cookie topped with a “moonbeam ice cream”-inspired lemon, berry and marshmallow topping. It’s complete with a sweet white drizzle and cookies and cream sprinkle. The lemon flavor is prevalent but still light and refreshing, preventing the dessert from being overly sweet. The cookie’s color gives off celestial vibes.

Other featured flavors for this week include strawberry shortcake (double-stacked vanilla shortcake with housemade strawberry jam and fresh whipped cream); s’mores brownie (brownie with a graham cracker crust, marshmallow buttercream, a milk chocolate drizzle and graham cracker streusel); caramel apple cookie (cinnamon apple cookie with chopped apples, caramel cream cheese frosting, housemade streusel and more caramel); cornbread cookie (honey butter glaze, thick honey buttercream and a honey drizzle); Patriotic birthday cake cookie (cake batter cooke with cake batter frosting and red, white and blue sprinkles); Patriotic M&M’s cookie (original cookie studded with M&M’s); and semi-sweet chocolate chunk cookie topped with flaky sea salt.
Crumbl’s full-sized cookies are available in packs of one ($4.99), four ($18.99), six ($24.99) and 12 ($48.99).
