Ticket sales began last week for Hawaiian Airlines Presents the 31st Annual Made in Hawai‘i Festival.

Set for Aug. 15 to 17 at the Hawai‘i Convention Center, the festival will showcase more than 700 local artisans, makers and entrepreneurs, and offer shoppers thousands of locally made products.

This year, the festival will exclusively feature nearly 100 new vendors from across the Islands launching new products, an Aug. 1 announcement noted.

MIHF is produced by the Hawai‘i Food Industry Association. Proceeds from the festival support HFIA's mission "to build a strong, sustainable and resilient food industry in Hawai‘i."

According to the announcement, Hawai‘i Foodbank and The Food Basket, Hawai‘i Island’s Foodbank, DA BUX program, are the selected charities for this year's festival. Servco Foundation also will match donation funds up to $15,000.

Donations can be made directly when buying festival tickets.

Tickets are $8 for all-day access. Buy them here.

A record-breaking MIHF drew more than 70,000 attendees and generated approximately $10 million in revenues in 2024. We know from personal experience that the line to enter last year wove from the convention center, through the adjacent neighborhood, down Atkinson Drive and along Ala Moana Boulevard.

The line this year also will begin forming at the main entrance of the convention center and run along Atkinson Drive, as it did in 2024, organizers say.

There's plenty more for shoppers to take in, too, with a lineup of chef demonstrations, entertainment, fashion shows and more throughout the weekend.
