“This property takes my breath away every time I step foot on it,” listing agent Jason Paulo, with Coldwell Banker Realty, said in a statement. “It truly is a magical place here on Earth and must be seen with your own eyes!”

In an announcement Wednesday, Coldwell Banker Realty said that the primary bedroom boasts a "cozy" sitting area, expansive walk-in closet, a soaking tub and dual walk-in showers. Meanwhile, the home's open-concept kitchen has Bahia marble countertops, imported Italian cabinetry and professional-grade Miele appliances. There's also a dedicated office space, private elevator and state-of-the-art media room that comes with a 140-inch theater screen and built-in wet bar.

Outside, there are lanais, a deck and resort-style infinity-edge pool and spa, the announcement noted. You'll also find a fully-equipped outdoor kitchen and barbecue pavilion, zen garden, fish pond, gazebo and a cascading water feature.

The home, which was completed in 2018, was custom-designed by architects Tony Ngai and Jim Schmidt, CBR says. It also comes with a spring-fed water system, a 120-panel solar array and six Tesla Powerwalls, the brokerage notes.

As for what makes the property “breathtaking,” Paulo told Aloha State Daily in an email that it's a place you have to experience in person to really understand.

"There's an energy, a presence, that only reveals itself when you're standing there, surrounded by it. Everyone I know who's had the privilege of visiting has felt it — that quiet magic, that unmistakable mana," he says. "... If I had to put it into words, what makes the property so breathtaking to me is: its sheer scale, its deep sense of privacy, its untouched beauty — and the way the Koʻolau Mountains rise beside it. Their presence is humbling, grounding and awe-inspiring. Few places offer that kind of intimacy with nature.

"It's impossible for me to give just one feature that is a favorite. Every corner holds something extraordinary."

The listing goes further, calling the property a "unicorn estate and once-in-a-generation opportunity."

"To me, 47-958 Kamakoi Road is a unicorn property because places like this just don’t come around anymore. They’re incredibly rare and nearly impossible to replicate," Paulo told ASD. "What makes it a once-in-a-generation opportunity is the simple truth: at the end of the day, only ONE person will have the privilege of calling it theirs. Once it’s claimed, that moment is gone. This is someone’s chance to steward something extraordinary — to make it part of their story and perhaps even pass it down as part of their legacy."
