Get ready — those ShackBurgers and crinkle cut fries are coming to Hawaiʻi.

Shake Shack Inc. is partnering with Union MAK Corporation to bring the first location to Hawaiʻi. It’s set to open in 2027 on Oʻahu; no specific location has been disclosed.
“We are so excited to finally bring Shake Shack to Hawaiʻi,” stated Vince Espino, president of Union MAK Corporation. “Shake Shack is already very popular with locals who seek out the brand when traveling around the world, so we know it will do very well here with kamaʻāina and visitors, alike.”

Customers can look forward to signature menu items like the Chicken Shack, ShackBurger, Shack-made lemonade, freshly spun frozen custard and more. In addition, Shake Shack will feature locally inspired flavors, purveyors and artwork to reflect its Hawaiian community.
Since the original Shake Shack opened in 2004 in New York City’s Madison Square Park, the business has expanded to more than 625 locations, including more than 400 in the United States and more than 225 international stores across Tokyo, Seoul, Hong Kong, Singapore, Mexico City and more.
