Mōʻiliʻili-based Fresh Bites Café is celebrating its 4th anniversary with discounts. From Oct. 15 to 31, customers can enjoy a 30% discount on some of the café’s most popular dishes.
The café’s mochi waffle eggs Benedicts (regular price $14.95-$18.95) are some of the most popular brunch dishes. Mochi waffles (instead of English muffins) are featured as the Benedict base and come with your choice of protein and a mini fresh green salad. Choose from Canadian bacon, beef pastrami, beef sukiyaki or kalua pork, or smoked salmon.
With the discount, the eggs Benedicts range from $10.47 to $13.27.
The eatery also features mochi waffle sandwiches. These colorful options are fresh and flavorful, as they’re filled with your choice of beef pastrami or smoked salmon with pesto mayo, avocado spread, cucumbers, tomatoes, red cabbage, red onions and sprouts.
If you need something hearty for lunch, opt for the slow-cooked pork kakuni don ($10.47; regular price $14.95) or beef sukiyaki don ($10.47; regular price $14.95).
The pork kakuni don features tender, braised shoyu pork kakuni served over steamed rice and topped with poached eggs.
Fresh Bites’ mochi waffle sundaes ($10.47; regular price $14.95) are sure to satisfy any dessert craving. The sweet, slightly chewy mochi waffle contrasts nicely with the ube ice cream, fresh fruits, whipped cream and honey drizzle.
Choose from matcha, classic or brownie waffle flavors.
The café is also featuring certain iced teas for $1.99 each; the discount applies when paired with any entrée. Choose from plantation black tea, yuzu lemon green tea, peach oolong tea, lilikoi lemon green tea or strawberry lemongrass tea.
