Founded in 1968, Chart House Waikīkī is known for its live local entertainment and sunset views. The eatery reopened last December after being closed briefly for extensive renovations.

The iconic Waikīkī spot recently launched a new deal for its kamaʻāina guests — a 20% discount on Sunday brunch.
Sunday brunch is weekly from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m., and kamaʻāina can enjoy 20% off their entire bill. The discount even applies to alcoholic beverages.

The brunch menu features a variety of pūpū, salads, side dishes and entrees. You can find breakfast options like veggie omelets ($19), mochi chicken and waffles ($23) and prime braised short ribs loco moco ($36), along with some of the eatery’s most popular appetizers.
Start with pūpū like chef’s spicy ‘ahi poke ($24), fresh shucked oysters ($32 for six pieces), oyster Rockefeller ($29 for four pieces), jumbo shrimp cocktail and crab and shrimp stuffed mushrooms ($25 for four pieces).

The brunch menu features several new dishes, including avocado toast ($16), Hawaiian pancakes ($18), sizzlin’ prime rib breakfast ($28) and breakfast bison burger ($24). The latter features a bison patty topped with a sunny-side up egg, crispy bacon, caramelized onions and melted cheese on a brioche bun and is served with roasted potatoes.

The Hawaiian pancakes ($18) are ideal if you prefer sweeter dishes for brunch. Three fluffy pancakes are topped with macadamia nuts, haupia sauce and toasted coconut flakes. The pancakes are moist, with a generous amount of haupia sauce to prevent them from getting dry.

The prime rib breakfast ($28) is delivered to your table in a sizzling skillet. The dish features slow-cooked, tender prime rib with diced peppers, onions and zucchini with homemade gravy and an over-easy egg.

While the dish isn’t new, the crab cake Benedict is a customer favorite. It features two generously sized crab cakes topped with eggs and Hollandaise, and is served with roasted potatoes.
Chart House Waikīkī’s menu also includes signature cocktails — ranging from Hawaiian Sunset ($16) to espresso martini ($16) — and more brunch options like the banana bread Old Fashioned, classic Bloody Mary and breakfast Mai Tai ($16 each). Zero-proof options ($10 each) like virgin daiquiris — available in strawberry, peach, mango or lilikoʻi flavors — magic island lemonade and virgin coladas (pina colada or lava flow) are also available.
