Brazilian-Italian fusion eatery San Paolo Pizza and Wine launched its all-you-can-eat pizza experience earlier this year. When it debuted, the AYCE pizza dinner was only available on Wednesdays. Now, the all-you-can-eat experience is available nightly from 5 to 8:30 p.m. (the restaurant is open until 10 p.m.).

The AYCE gourmet pizza experience costs $44.50 per person. Children ages 4 years and under have free admission; the cost for children ages 5 to 10 years is $24.90.
The experience includes more than 20 different savory pizzas, along with five dessert pizzas.
Each table is equipped with a card — flip to the green side when you want more pizza, and to the red side to symbolize you’re done.

Customers who do the AYCE pizza dinner can also get 20% off appetizers, salads and a la carte desserts. The caprese a la San Paolo ($17.60 discounted, $22 regular price) is one of the newest appetizers. It includes creamy stracciatella, fresh tomatoes, garlic-infused olive oil, basil oil and tomato gelee, and is garnished with fresh basil and black pepper.

The deep-fried creamy brie cheese ($16.80 discounted, $24 regular price) is a must-have appetizer. The breaded and deep-fried brie is crispy on the outside and boasts a melty, gooey interior. It’s covered in honey and balsamic, garnished with chives and sliced almonds, and served with thin Parmesan pizza dough slices.

Coxinha — available in four-, six- and eight-piece portions — is one of the eatery’s most recommended appetizers. These crispy croquettes are filled with chicken and Catupiry (a popular, creamy Brazilian cheese), and is served with the restaurant’s housemade spicy sauce and balsamic glaze.

Onto the pizzas. Popular options include Brazilian four cheese, Calabresa with Catupiry, honey and brie, filet mignon supreme, prosciutto di Parma, quattro formaggi — an Italian four-cheese pizza — and margherita.
The pizzas with Catupiry come highly recommended. The filet mignon supreme and honey and brie are a few of my favorites.

Be sure to ask about the featured pizza of the month; there’s currently a pizza with a meatball topping available. If there’s a specific pizza you want to try, you can also request it from your server.

The AYCE pizza experience also includes dessert pizzas. Choose from banana and cinnamon, banana and white chocolate, chocolate and strawberry, hazelnut chocolate and pistachio. We’re told the banana and white chocolate has been especially popular.

The restaurant also features live music on Wednesdays and Fridays to Sundays.
