Honolulu Coffee Co.’s Tokyo Toe Blend launches on Thursday, Dec. 18.

The blend features the business’s exclusive collaboration with University of Hawaiʻi football athlete Kansei “The Tokyo Toe” Matsuzawa. This special blend will be available in limited quantities at all Honolulu Coffee Co. locations in Hawaiʻi and online (honolulucoffee.com).

Kansei Matsuzawa grew up as a soccer player in Japan. In 2018, after he saw his first NFL game and fell in love with football, Matsuzawa taught himself how to kick via YouTube and trained tirelessly to achieve his goal of playing college football.

As the University of Hawaiʻi football team’s kicker, Matsuzawa is known to his teammates and fans as “The Tokyo Toe.”
