Arancino at The Kāhala

What: This Valentine’s dinner from Foodland Hawaiʻi’s chefs is designed to serve two ($119.99). It includes:

  • Appetizer: Sweetheart’s charcuterie (curated domestic cheese, artisan cured meats, strawberry balsamic compote, seasonal fruits, toasted nuts and lavosh)
  • Main course: Certified Angus beef braised short rib and butter poached lobster tail with red wine demi, chimichurri gremolata and thermidor butter; whipped Yukon gold mashed potatoes with garlic confit and chives; and haricot verts with yuzu herb butter and crunchy shallots
