What: This Mother’s Day FEAST-2-Go costs $350 and is designed to serve four to six people. The meal features locally sourced ingredients and includes:
- Sumida Farm watercress and soba noodle salad: Local tofu, ginger soy vinaigrette, tomatoes, cucumbers, Kula lettuce and heirloom radish
- Signature petite lobster rolls (six): Toasted sweet rolls with umami mayo, lemon and fresh dill
- Hawaiian mahi mahi with shiitake mushrooms and ginger scallion sauce
- Garlic butter poached rib-eye steak with fresh thyme and chef’s signature rub
- Yukon gold potatoes with crème fraiche and sea salt
