The annual Waikīkī SPAM Jam is coming Saturday, April 26 from 4 to 10 p.m. The block party features a variety of different vendors showcasing a smorgasbord of SPAM-my eats. Participating restaurants range from Asato Family Sherbet (SPAM, egg and rice custard and SPAM onigiri) and Da Bald Guy food truck (SPAM sloppy joe burger and SPAM corn chowder) to Dukes Waikīkī (teriyaki SPAM katsu slider, candied SPAM Hula Pie), Buho Cocina y Cantina (SPAM tacos and nachos) and Maui Brewing Company (deep-fried SPAM bombs with Kupu Whiskey garlic soy sauce).

Participating vendors will also offer Waikiki SPAM Jam Festival goods and SPAM-themed retail products.

But the SPAM fun doesn’t stop there — from April 19 to May 4, participating restaurants will be offering SPAM-centric dishes. It’s basically a “can-to-table” restaurant week-style experience featuring the local staple.
