Kaiten Sushi Ginza Onodera is popular for its revolving sushi bar that features Edomae-style sushi. The eatery offers deals on bluefin tuna nigiri from time to time.
The eatery is having a special uni festival from Friday, Sept. 26 to Sunday, Sept. 28. The special menu features discounts on premium Hokkaido uni.
Feast on purple uni nigiri ($8, regular price $15), which is known for its creamy texture; green uni nigiri ($8, regular price $15), which is known for its sweeter flavor; and uni combo ($15, regular price $30).
Customers can also enjoy wagyu uni hand rolls ($10, regular price $18) and Hokkaido seafood hand rolls ($10, regular price $18). The latter features a Hokkaido scallop topped with uni and ikura.
