Home contests for the No. 6 University of Hawai‘i water polo team have been few and far between in 2026. The Rainbow Wahine entered the season with six home matches on their schedule and close out their home slate this week.

On Thursday, the Rainbow Wahine will host the Australian national team for an exhibition, set for 6 p.m. at the Duke Kahanamoku Aquatic Complex on UH-Mānoa's campus. Then on Friday, the 'Bows will host Cal State Fullerton at 5 p.m. for a senior night contest.

Following Saturday's game, the 'Bows (12-5, 5-0 Big West) will head to Long Beach, Calif. for the Big West Conference tournament, which runs from April 10-12. UH is currently positioned to make the NCAA Tournament, which takes place in La Jolla, Calif., from April 24-26. The Rainbow Wahine previously had a March 20 contest against CSUN postponed due to inclement weather on O‘ahu, which the Big West may reschedule in the coming days.

The University of Hawai‘i softball team will play No. 8 UCLA on Thursday prior to a Big West series at UC Santa Barbara on Friday and Saturday, while the UH baseball team will play a road series at UC San Diego from Thursday to Saturday.

Hawai‘i's men's volleyball team will be on the road for two consecutive weeks, starting with a road series at UC Irvine on Friday and Saturday.

Local PacWest Conference teams

Hawai‘i Pacific's baseball team will play four games against Fresno Pacific with doubleheaders on Wednesday and Thursday at Hans L'Orange park. Both doubleheaders begin at 2 p.m.

Hawai‘i-Hilo's baseball team will have a four-game home series against No. 4 Point Loma with doubleheaders on Friday and Saturday. Both twin bills begin on at 3 p.m. Meanwhile, UHH's softball team will have a pair of exhibition games in Japan, taking on Josai University and Nippon Sport Science University on Saturday.

All of Chaminade's athletic teams are idle this week.
