Rigo Spanish Italian, which recently celebrated its seventh anniversary, just launched a happy hour menu for the first time.
The new happy hour menu debuted last month and was initially only available at the bar. It’s now available throughout the restaurant daily from 4:30 to 5:30 p.m.
The happy hour menu features a variety of staff favorites. The Rigo seafood platter (happy hour $96, regular price $120) includes fresh oysters, 4.5 ounces of king crab, 8 ounces of snow crab and four pieces of jumbo shrimp.
The eatery also has a seafood platter for two ($50), which comprises four fresh oysters, 8 ounces of snow crab and two pieces of jumbo shrimp.
Customers can also take advantage of discounted raw bar dishes a la carte, a ham platter (happy hour $30, regular price $36) — comprising mortadella, coppa, prosciutto cotto and jamon serrano — and Rigo’s popular jamon serrano ($12 half portion, $18 full size portion) and jamon bellota ($21 half portion, $37 full size portion). The jamon bellota features a premium dry-cured Spanish ham, known for its marbled texture.
Happy hour cocktails include some of the eatery’s most popular options, including jamon old fashioned ($14) and berry sangria ($10). Its limoncello spritz ($10) and lilikoʻi pandan mai tai ($12) are exclusive to the happy hour menu.
The eatery’s lunch happy hour menu is similar to the nightly one, but also includes $3 off seasonal pizzas, pastas and rice dishes.
Current seasonal specials include lobster cheddar cream rigatoni ($44), lobster risotto ($52), pizza calabrese ($30) and duxelles pizza ($30). The latter features mushroom duxelles cream, button mushrooms, mixed cheese, mozzarella, grana Padano, prosciutto and porcini powder.
During happy hour, customers can still order from Rigo’s all-day menu, which features newer dishes like Masa’s caprese ($14), Kona kanpachi ceviche ($14), chicken porchetta ($14) and pizzetta ($14).
Valet parking is available in Rigo’s parking lot.
