Whether you call May 5 Children’s Day or Boys’ Day, there are many ways to celebrate the keiki in your life. Check out the following limited-time options:

Choco leʻa

Where: 2909 Lowrey Ave., Honolulu
What: For Children’s Day, the dessert shop will feature chocolate covered animal crackers ($7.49) and goodie bags ($9.99) with a dark chocolate covered Oreo, dark chocolate tokens and chocolate covered animal crackers.
When: Pre-orders are accepted for pick-up on May 1, 2 and 5 to 9

Fujiya Hawaiʻi

What: Boys’ Day specials include:

  • Eight-piece mochi and manju set ($22): Cupped chi chi dango (regular, haupia and melon); red bean manju, cookies and cream mochi, chocolate brownie mochi and honey mango passionfruit with white bean mochi
  • Three-piece mochi pack ($10.50): Cookies and cream mochi, chocolate brownie mochi and honey mango passionfruit with white bean mochi
  • Three-piece chi chi dango ($3.75): Regular, haupia and melon flavors
