Totoya Hawaiʻi, known for its negitoro bowls, opened its third location in ‘Aiea in February. The business — located on the second level of ‘Aiea Shopping Center — is open for walk-ins only.

Starting Monday, May 4, the eatery’s most popular seafood bowls will be available for takeout. Takeout will be offered on weekdays at this location only for now.

Customers can choose from the eatery’s Ume (negitoro and tobiko, $18.90); Take (negitoro and salmon roe, $26.90); Matsu (negitoro, sea urchin and salmon roe, $34.90) and Tokujo (negitoro, sea urchin, salmon roe and snow crab, $38.90) bowls. Of the four, the Tokujo is the most popular.

All bowls come with miso soup; the rice and seaweed are packaged separately. Customers can also add a fresh egg yolk and housemade soy sauce ($1.50) a la carte.
