Everyone’s looking to save money and get the most bang for their buck. This series will show you where you can save while still savoring a good meal.
Zippy’s featured special for August is its $10.99 spaghetti and chicken mixed plate. This plate is not usually on Zippy’s regular menu.
Each plate comes with spaghetti, a piece of fried chicken, garlic bread and a scoop of mac salad. It’s $10.99 at takeout; prices are slightly higher for dine-in.
Plates are limited to five per person; the deal is available from Aug. 3 to 30.
Zippy’s also recently introduced digital deals, which is available for online ordering. You can get special, online-only discounted prices on select items when you order using the Zippy’s app or online at zippys.com.
The select discounted dishes include chili frank plate ($11.55 instead of $14.70); spaghetti with garlic bread plate ($11.55 instead of $14.70); and barrel chili ($48 instead of $54.55).
The barrel chili is available in the original recipe, no bean or vegetarian options. Neighbor Island prices are higher.
